Terms of Service
& Lab Usage

Legal Preamble

By accessing ThermalTech (the "Portal"), you agree to follow the technical protocols and architectural guidelines documented in these Terms of Service. Failure to adhere to these standards mandates immediate termination of site usage.

Technical Documentation Disclaimer

All engineering data, hardware forensic reviews, and troubleshooting blueprints provided within this environment are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Accuracy Metrics: While we provide rigorous predictive maintenance and thermographic inspection procedures, industrial high-voltage switchgear, rotating machinery, and pressurized systems involve life-threatening arc flash, electrocution, and mechanical hazards. All inspections must comply with NFPA 70E, OSHA electrical safety standards, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE Arc Flash Category 4). We are not liable for electrical explosions, equipment downtime, or injury.
  • Warranty Protocols: Any machine modifications suggested by our technical team may void your manufacturer's warranty. Execute at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The "Architectural Editorial" design system, branding identity, custom data visualizations, and original documentation are the exclusive property of ThermalTech. Unauthorized replication of our blueprints is strictly prohibited.

  • Deploying automated scripts to harvest our technical documentation.
  • Attempting to breach our data encryption or security architectures.
  • Injecting malicious code through our communication nodes.
  • Commercial use of our open-source fabrication guides without explicit attribution.
